The staff were friendly, lovely and approachable. Especially Hussain and Ahmed. Ahmed went out of his way to buy me a phone charger when my phone battery was almost dead. Hussain is very friendly and helpful and speaks good English The room were clean and the service was amazing. Location is about 15min from the airport and walking distance to Guilze City center. Wish shower had shampoo. Would go back again
Hotel, very very clean, a bit dated but still nothing to complain about, they have 2 receptions on 2 different streets (back door, front door), back door staff absolutely lovely and welcoming, took case up to room etc, front door staff are not helpful at all, they weren't doing currency exchange until 5pm, so I asked where to get it from, and they sent me totally in wrong direction, walked for ages to find one, then few days later found 1 just round the opposite corner. they had no maps to help you, didn't give you any advice, they really didn't want to know you if you were English. WARNING to all vegetarians my friend got half board as she was a vegetarian, the menu every night are 2 choices, chicken or beef that's it, oh and if you have a bottle of water with your meal expect to pay for it !!! Breakfast was ok, boiled eggs, polony, and cheese triangles, selection of pastries, dried bread, and what can only be described as a pancake made from layers of filo pastry which you needed to tear apart and what looked like syrup next to them was actually oil YUK. But there was jam and marmalade too.AS said before the staff were extremely unhelpful and when leaving I put my case at front desk, only to be told I would be picked up at desk 2, so sat there 45 minutes and rang pick up people they were at main reception on time. They came back for me but not happy, just made my flight home in time, I would not go there again
London
This hotel was booked by my friend so there was 3 of us in a triple room, we were told when booking it would be 3 double beds but we got 3 single beds, The shower head was faulty which was replaced within 5 minutes, but when it came to flushing the toilet it would take 3-4 flushes just to get rid of it, rooms were cleaned by the cleaners everyday, friendly staff, with little to none English communication, but we were only in the room 5/6 hours a day so it wasn’t a bad over all experience, location is great pretty central
Salisbury
We stayed just a short time at this hotel before our early morning flight. Unfortunately I was taken really unwell just as the Moroccan staff were about to break their Ramadan fast. Someone from the hotel went to a pharmacy on the hunt for paracetamol for me and brought it up to my room. They went out of their way to care for me when they should’ve been eating their first meal.We had to get up at 4am and unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel arranged for us to have a taxi as early as 5 am to the airport.

My partner booked this and when i read the reveiws I was so apprehensive and didnt know what to expect .I dont go on holiday to sit in a hotel room , If you want 5 star services then book 5 star accomodation !!.When we a arrived we checked in and shown to our room by a lively young man , we took the lift as we were on the 5th floor , the hotel is typical Morrocan dark wood and tiles in the lobby and on each floor but very clean .Our room was two sinlge beds which were so comfortable ,one wardrobe two drawers , we could have used more drawer space and hangers but it was only a week and we survived .The room was very clean as were the beds , the cleaning ladies came in every day and emptied the bins ,changed the towels and washed the floors , the beds were changed twice in the week .We had a small balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool which was fine to sit out in with a cuo of coffee .I honestly have no complaints on this hotel , the staff were all lovely from the cleaning ladies to the reception staff , anytime we were going out we would have a wee talk with them .I can't comment on the food or the pool area as we were room only and didnt use the pool. This is a perfet base , go out the front of the hotel turn right or left 10/15 minutes takes you to the main street with all the shops and cafes , there is a shopping mall with a large supermarket . There is a bustop on the way where you can get the bus to the Medina and souk as it takes about 45 mins to walk .We booked our tours through the hotel as there was very little price difference between them and other operators , but when you book makes sure you know whats included as two of the 3 we booked never included lunch or tipping the guides , you can take your own lunch .Yes I would go back here again but I have done Morroco twice so now off the bucket list .Have a great holiday Marrakech is an experiance and everything you imagine it to be .

Marrakech
The reception is very nice, we booked using Booking but we paid an extra unexpected $2.Room was clean, had AC and the wifi is good. The view is traditional and very relaxing, the pool area is small but looks stunning.
Blackburn
The hotel is near enough to the city centre to get to easily but in a quieter area than the bustling centre. Room was great, cleaned every day, staff very friendly. We arrived late for evening meal and were still accomodated cheerfully even though that extended the staff's time on duty. Hotel had lots of ammeneties we didn't use. Would definitely use again if ever in Marrakech.
We're family of 3 (2adults + toddler). Staff was super friendly, we had a delux breakfast, without knowing what "delux" in this hotel meant since we couldn't find any information. Our only guess, is that delux meant a HUGE terrace that only we had a access to. It was perfect for our active little toddler! Tv had one kids channel (perfect) and we got a crib brought to our room, although we didn't ask and were settled to sleep with our son between us. The extra bed was nice addition after all! Breakfast wasn't anything mind blowing but nonetheless good and we all found something to eat. Pool was freezing cold and our room was at night a bit chilly but we were provided with many blankets. Cleaning each day was a top notch! Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, I'd say kid friendly although there's not any play grounds (near by very good park for kids!)Many reviews that I read of this hotel, seemed to be a problem towards the culture in Morocco (like haggling) and not about the hotel. Good place to stay.
Lliria
I booked a double room and only had it for the first night. I had requested a room next to a friend via 4 emails that were all ignored. Hotels.com also tried and they promised we would be on the same floor. I explained I was disabled that's why I need my friend close by. She was put on the first floor and me, on the second floor and the lift was not working for two days. I was moved to the first floor in a room with single beds. The TV remote was hard to use and the remote for the A/C never worked. It was changed so the heating could be put on but the heating never worked. Breakfast was good with ample choice.I used the bath as a means of warming up. It was a nice deep bath and the water nice and hot.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Biggleswade
1. Wi-Fi. Very poor connection.2. Rooms. Clean, comfortable, usual basic, poor air con, no Wi-Fi signal.3. Pool. Very cold no sun exposure, no shallow end yet very clean.4. Food. Didn't eat it myself but breakfast very basic.5. Bar. What bar !A good solid little hotel in the thick of things for a good price for a base camp. I would defo go again.
The hotel is not five star luxury, but for us that was absolutely fine. We wanted a base to sleep/eat in as we were out during the day, and the hotel was perfect for that. The room was basic but suitable, we had a small terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden which was lovely. Rooms have air con and a small TV - not many channels but we weren't there to watch TV. Good location, shopping centre, tourist info, bus routes etc all nearby. Ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner most nights, limited range in choice but excellent quality food - we actually prefer less choice but good quality food. Would happily come back and stay again.
Cape Town
The hotel is located near the city centre and close the main road. The room is average and there is just a bed, a flatscreen TV and the bathroom. Nothing more. There were some English channels to watch on the TV.The aircon was working in the room. The Wifi was also of good signal. It is easy to get a taxi from the hotel location to the station or airport. There are also restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. There was a nice pool. There is nothing in the hotel bathroom such as gel and shampoo. It is a budget hotel. What annoyed me is that the cleaners just knock and walk into your room, whether you are naked or in the bathroom. They don’t wait for your response to come in. This was very rude.
Chester
This is a good, basic, clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are very patient when it comes to using broken French. The pool was pleasant, although goes from 1.6-2.6m, therefore not great for non-swimmers or small children. The location is excellent with a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. The walk into town takes about 40 minutes if you are reasonably fit, but why rush? I didn't try the restaurant, but those who did seemed satisfied. A tortoise lives in the garden, and it came to visit a couple of times
London
Room 10 (ground floor) we had a small patio overlooking 3 small fountains, very peaceful, no noise during the day or night.. we didn’t mind that the TV was small, hairdryer, bring your own shower gel, hand soap is provided, we had AC, beds were clean and comfortable (fresh towel and cleaned daily) BUFFET BREAKFAST - ok for vegetarians, fresh salad, sadly they do not have water (which we have to buy) yet plenty of fresh orange juice, tea/coffee, Moroccan tea was very nice too... as we did not eat out, we had no choice but to bring food into the room (which is not allowed) This could be due to flies or maybe they wanted us to purchase food from the hotel? Staff were helpful and very nice... infact everyone was helpful... LOCATION: Walking distance to souk and Menara Mall and surrounding areas, plenty of people trying to sell your everything and nothing!! Please haggle, no matter how trusting they look or how rude you might feel.. We went during Ramadan and thought that we would not be harassed... We were asked to pay double, we should have only offered half the asking price!!One can haggle with the tourist company too for day trips! Ourika Valley was 300 dirhams..So much easier if they asked for actual price rather than haggle but that will never change... We find it embarrassing to haggle and makes us feel like beggars!! We come on holiday to avoid stress but this was the most stressful thing in Marrakech... People always asking for tips too...(no idea when or how much to tip!!) so much easier to tell you the cost including tips, then we can decide as we don’t always carry cash with us....Banks are closed on Sunday... shop around for currency exchange (time permitting)Souk is nice to wander around but they don’t half hassle you....how many people can you say "no" to? without sounding rude....
A huge minus for the reception. The lady was really rude. We did the check out at 12 but we left our luggages there.. and when we came back to pick it she told me a need to paid for 2 towels because my hair colour came out and i need to paid for it. Its the first time when i heard something like this.. never happen.. i understand if you destroy something in the room yes.. but for towels ? Is a joke.. honestly ..considering we stayed 7 nights.. i think this is included in the price of the hotel no? Btw..the color is coming out when you wash it. Rude atitude the way that she told me. She managed to change my mood at the end of the holiday after 7 lovely days. A bad customer services from her, but a lovely hotel in general. The staff at the cleaning and restaurant was really nice and helpful. We received first a room at the 3rd floor, but we asked to change and the next day they gave us a amazing room with a balcony at ground floor really cute. The bathroom quite big and with hot water, the aircon functional and perfect clean everyday. The breakfast was nice, not the best. The ladies from the spa are really friendly and the massage was amazing. The hotel is close to the centre and also to the le jardin majorelle, you can just walk there. The only minus thing that I can tell is the pool. It's so big and clean but the water is cold, they can heat it and will be the best. I saw bad reviews before that u can't bring food or alcohol in the hotel, but is not true, it is allowed.

Very friendly reception. Your well being is the most important thing for all the staff we met. They all smile and are very helpful. The hotel and room we had are very clean. The breakfast is fresh and complete.Ok, its not a brand new hotel but everything works and it has this special charm we like. The hotel is located in ‘the new town’ and close to the shops. The old town is a 20 minutes walk away.We certainly recommend it. Especially when you want to be treated like a king.
Cork
This hotel is nicely located. Shopping centre very close by. Near the train station. Ideal base. Plenty of cafes and restaurants on the door step if you don't like what's on the in-house menu. Breakfast was basic. In general good value for money. It is clean but could do with little renovations.
Leiden
The beds slept good, although the pillows were a bit thin. The room was very big, we even had a living room! Breakfast was great! First place with real coffee.Wifi connection sucked big time. It’s quite a walk to the medina.
